The FLEX series control units are particularly adaptable to applications both in the civil field (schools, offices, residential) and in the industrial and process field (pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratories) and for specific applications (hospitals, etc.). The innumerable possible configurations allow the FLEX power units to be divided into single-supply, extraction, supply and return AHUs combined with the use of high-efficiency recuperators (plate and rotary) compliant with the ERP 2018 regulations, with the use of all the components necessary for complete air treatment: water, gas and steam heat exchange coils, gas burners, humidification sections, filtration at various stages from medium to very high filtration efficiency.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • \u2022 Load-bearing structure with double-chamber extruded aluminum profiles with “thermal break” execution, where the sandwich panels are fixed with screws. Air tightness guaranteed by co-extruded gaskets and thermo-acoustic insulation made with mineral wool with a density of 80 kg\/m3, with very high levels of sound absorption and fire reaction class M0. Use of paneling in different materials: pre-painted galvanized steel RAL 9002, aluminium, AISI 304 stainless steel and AluZinc.

              • BATTERIES<\/strong>
                \nAll heating and cooling sections are equipped with laterally removable coils.
                \nThe coils are standard in copper tubes and aluminum fins, but can be made of different materials on request. Copper\/Copper and Copper\/pre-painted aluminum are the most common non-standard combinations, but other particular executions are also possible. In heating we can have hot or superheated water, steam and condensation batteries (freon of any type). In cooling we can have chilled water and direct expansion batteries (freon of any type).
                \nThe cooling sections are equipped with a removable condensate collection tray, in aluminum (standard) or stainless steel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • FANS<\/strong>
                  \nThe ventilation section is the most important component for the correct functioning of the unit. For each model, a variable number of fans are available, with different characteristics, in order to always obtain the best performance of the machine, optimizing efficiencies and minimizing noise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
